Patent law reform would be more interesting to me as that is entirely federal.

Tort reform is so overblown as an issue.

In 2015, Tort Reform is less about fixing a problem and more about helping big business and also about hurting trial lawyers.

There's already been a lot of reform. And, a lot of the issues are not so much tort law issues as they are local and state courts in need of an overhaul, like Madison County, IL was forever.
