So having no energy to heat and power homes/business/Public Buildings/Medical Facilities, transport food & supplies to the citizens won't interfere with peoples health safety and happiness.
As per normal I'd expect a stupid and frivolous lawsuit that helps nothing and ironically will suck up and use Fossil Fuels as it works it way through the system.
If all these children and their parents are that concerned then they Should 100% give up all usage of Energy. They can clearly go Amish or hippy and be part of the solution.
