How do you “shoot down” a boat?

He didn't what?
I don't believe Trump ever said we should nuke hurricanes.
On Aug. 25, 2019, Axios reported that “President Trump has suggested multiple times to senior Homeland Security and national security officials that they explore using nuclear bombs to stop hurricanes from hitting the United States.” Citing “sources who have heard the president’s private remarks and been briefed on a National Security Council memorandum that recorded those comments,” Axios described two of those occasions in detail:

During one hurricane briefing at the White House, Trump said, “I got it. I got it. Why don’t we nuke them?” according to one source who was there. “They start forming off the coast of Africa, as they’re moving across the Atlantic, we drop a bomb inside the eye of the hurricane and it disrupts it. Why can’t we do that?” the source added, paraphrasing the president’s remarks …

The real humor in this story is we may sink or shoot down boats that are paid for in part by the Obama administration donation of pallets of cash of around 1.7 billion.

That was Iran’s money. Funny how things with Iran were really calm before tough guy put the sanctions back on breaking our country’s agreement. Turmoil is fun for morons.

Research it before making false claims.

The $1.7 was a debt owed to Iran, which bought military equipment from the U.S. that it never received because relations ruptured when the shah was overthrown in 1979.

—The debt was in international arbitration for years. As part of that, Iran paid settlements of more than $2.5 billion to U.S. citizens and businesses.

—$400 million, representing the principal and held in a U.S. government trust fund, was paid in cash and flown to Tehran on a cargo plane, which gave rise to Trump’s dramatic accounts of money stuffed in barrels or boxes and delivered in the dead of night.

The remaining $1.3 billion, representing interest accrued over nearly 40 years, was paid separately. In order not to violate U.S. regulations barring direct U.S. dollar transfers to Iranian banks, the money was remitted to Iran in late January and early February 2016 in foreign hard currency from the central banks of the Netherlands and of Switzerland, according to the Congressional Research Service .

—As for McGurk being an “Obama appointee,” the veteran diplomat actually was appointed by Republican President George W. Bush as a senior aide for Iraq and Afghanistan. During the negotiations for the Iran nuclear deal by the Obama administration, he led secret side talks with Tehran on the release of Americans imprisoned there.

I’m not really concerned that we owed it to them from back in 1979. I would not paid them back. Your man John Kerry admitted that part of it would go to fund terrorism. Would you give money to a person knowing they will buy a gun to kill someone?

Arcola and cronies, I'm not saying it was ok, I just showing where you are so dam stupid you don't include the facts when you go off on a tangent. It just shows how little you know.

A tangent? 90% of this board is a tangent. Get more creative SBT. That is almost a compliment.

Dude, I’m not sure how you can criticize others when you can’t even admit that a protestor getting in the face of a nurse in the middle of a pandemic truly is despicable.
I thought you said the nurse stood up to the protester.....nurse initiated. Now you claim it was the protester. I don't know which it was and it doesn't matter. Both have rights, points, and opinions.
