That was about as obvious as it gets. May not make any difference but it would have scored a run and you never know what a mistake like that to give up the shutout can do to a pitcher for the next pitch.

I have never agreed with the concept of "non-reviewable" plays in either baseball or football. Why not get it right? And I know people might say, "well what if someone tries to review a ball or strike call?" So what if they do? Aren't they limited in the number of reviews they can make in a given game? Why not give the ump another look (with the advantage of slow-motion) at a call; any call. Didn't matter tonight, but that should've been a run.

I was sitting in 428 and yelled right away balk. It was obvious but we only scored 1 run and didn't play that good of defense. I will be sitting in 242 tomorrow night and if they lose that one I will quit going. Go Birds!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've saw MSHSAA guys get that call, but 6 professionals missed it. It's not like it cost them the game, but wow it was obvious. I can't believe MM didn't lose his mind.
