How China has so many golds in the olympics

To maximize its golden harvest, Beijing has focused on less prominent sports that are underfunded in the West or sports that offer multiple Olympic gold medals. It’s no coincidence that nearly 75 percent of the Olympic golds China has won since 1984 are in just six sports: table tennis, shooting, diving, badminton, gymnastics and weight lifting.

China is 7 for 7 in diving golds at the Paris Olympics. Just one to go for an unprecedented sweep of all eight diving golds in the Games.

They also never mention that he was the defensive coordinator of the football team in MN, but not the head coach. Lol

Ok. The point of his statement was that he doesn’t think weapons of war should be on our streets. He misspoke and said he carried them “in war”. He admitted that. He should have said while training for war or something of that matter. Go ahead and play tough guy. He served 24 years admirably but you can call me whatever you want, soldier. He never said he was the head coach. Why do you disrespect assistant coaches?

Well he was talking about AR 15s and if he ever thinks he carried one of them while training for war he is isn't mistaken he is a dipshit.

I don’t know what country you live in, but I’ve been traveling all over mine for many years and it is far from being in shambles. Not sure why you hate America, but I hope you can find peace.

Get out of your bubble and realize this country is in shambles and headed for worse. We are literally attempting to emulate Venezuela at this point. It's ok keep trying socialism it's only failed every damn time. Being honest about the state of the country isn't hating the country. In fact making false claims like that to try and boost your argument over your opponents fact driven argument is a sign of low intelligence and desperation. 😆

Socialism like the street you drive on every day, the police and fire departments in your community, your local school district, or the social security and Medicare systems that have saved millions of lives in this country? We have a mixed economic system. You should retake your social studies classes, enjoy the strongest economy in the world and your $35 insulin.
The only thing that would emulate Venezuela would be electing your orange dictator again.

Nice way to try and make random facts seem against me. The current system for roads police and fire are on a terrible system that is socialist BS. We have certain services we as a community would like to have. However certain people don't want to pay for that and claim that others with more money and nicer property should be willing to pay for them. I need no retaking of a class, you need to stop regurgitating the political bs you get from MSM that makes you think I feel a certain way and these bullet points will make you seem like the educated one in the discussion. Bringing this conversation back to original topic the current medal count is the US leading in total medals and behind China by 1 gold 40-39.
We should win gold in basketball today but that is all I have followed besides soccer.

Yes China concentrates on sports that will damn near get you left at growing up in America such as badminton and table tennis.

Then move. If you don't like it. I have a problem with the ones "serving" on Capitol Hill for $174,000 annual, only to miraculously become millionaires. And the first amendment allows us to criticize where needed. You don't want criticism of government, China, Canada, and Britain may welcome you. If you think folks here are criticizing the military, think again. They just want to make sure the percent that are serving incredibly are getting recognized, and not the ones who do not. Anyways, you need to take this to the crappy commie board. As for military on this board, the Army-Navy game is later in the year. And Air Force; is Luke Gall still there?
