Does anyone know Coach Nutts salary after a 6-7 year tenure? I'm guessing about 200 hundred thousand dollars. If this is the case, SEMO will hire an assist. from a mid-major program or a mid-major coach who was fired from his last position.

NCAA investigation into Margenthaler. Translation the President didn't like him, because he was liked by the community, so Prez has him investigated. Shumate, Garner, Edgar, Smith (women's) and Margenthaler.
Seems like the President should have been investigated for lack of institutional control.
With the President retiring it will be better for the next coaches.

What you have stated about Marganthaler is not really the case. Did you even watch any of the women's games or really know anything about what went on with the investigation? If you did, you would not have posted your comments above.
I remembered back when Scott Edgar was there the Salary was something like $126,000.00 and today I found this:

Most contracts like this have stipulated buyout clauses. Some have provisions, some don't. Some require some sort of wrongdoing (academic violations, detrimental conduct, that sort of thing), but most don't. Most guys like Nutt don't have much bargaining power. His more than likely read something to the effect of...if you're here three years you get this much...if we part ways (fire you) after one season, you get this much...two seasons, you get this much. It's pretty much SOP.
That dude...Wow. Just wow. Had quite a few interactions with him while in school there. Rarely am I speechless. He puts me there.

Anothny Beane would not have interest in the SEMO position because he's happy with his asst job @ SIUC.
