on the play where he dropped the ball. He was given an error, as he should have, but last night Peralta was given a hit on an easier ball to catch but Bruce slid before missing the catch. I have yet to figure why anyone slides to make a catch in the outfield unless they're about to run into a wall or another fielder, just no reason to do it. The one Bruce missed last night would have been thigh high if he had kept running to it but he slid and it went off his glove and hit his body.

Was that Holliday? He was so smooth I thought Roberto Clemente had come back to life.

He ran a long to get there just didn't finish the deal. But once again he started the rally that won the game and how about Jay's walk off "hit" ?

Ww sure need to find someone that can beat the Brewers for us once in a while. They swept the Dodgers even with Cy Young Jr. pitching one of the games.

He's made some great catches and uses two hands even on the ones he's stretched out for when he can. Maybe Bourjos will pick up on that.
