From what I've read on Twitter it sounds like they played smart, deliberate basketball, attacking at the right times, and good defense. Wonder if they went zone or man to man against Strafford?

Helias was only 4-6 coming into the game. Lost to Rolla 47-31 and Camdenton 59-53 the two games before that.

Good win for Helias! Might be the game they need to get over the hump. They have been in many games but have failed putting two good halves together.

That’s a good win for Helias but I think they are .500 at best. They don’t have the coach to do much. The assistants coach and run that program. If you watch them play, the assistants do the in-game adjustments.
