Nobody does it any better than the Birds on the bat. Go Birds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:):):):):):):):):)

How in the wide world of sports has this guy never played a game in the majors before this year? Seriously. This dude is unreal.

It's hilarious. I hope he doesn't wake up until June. What are we going to do with Peralta?

1. Being in a organization behind Puig might not leave a lot of future prospects alive while being behind Jay and Bourjos offers a little more hope.

2. The seven days he was completely out of baseball between getting cut by Tulsa and picked up by Springfield might have renewed his focus.

Diaz also looked like a different player last year when he lost the protection of the 40-man roster and was completely removed from the Springfield roster for about three days.

(meekly points out these guys have about 20 plate appearances each)

For real, though, Diaz has a glove and is a legit major leaguer.

Possibly move Honny to 3rd and Carp to 1st Then you have 4 OFs to play the hot hand. Moss lefty off the bench and Adams as trade bait even though you might get very little for him.:) I would make a he!! of a GM;)

Hopefully Diaz hits enough to make this a really tough question to answer in a few months. If nothing else, it seems he's going to do enough that I'll never have to watch Tejada play. Hopefully...In a dream world, when Peralta comes back, he's forced into the 1B/3B/RF/LF righty bat role (with obvious starts at SS too). I think when they signed him it's the role they saw him in the last year or two of the contract.

If Adams could bring even bullpen depth, I think you have to move him. Having him and Moss on the same roster seems pretty silly.
