while Manafort was under a gag order from a judge. How does Hannity keep his job? He was telling Manafort to hang in there, everything will be alright. Before you folks claim fake news on CNN or MSNBC this was a transcript of the texts released by a federal judge. There were more than a hundred of them.

Manifort can text anyone he pleases as long as he didn’t discuss specific details to the case.

I doubt the gag order said Manafort was not permitted to communicate with anyone about anything

Yeah I guess 3R thinks a gag order means you aren't allowed to talk to anyone.

gag or·der

  1. a judge's order that a case may not be discussed in public.
You get that they can exchange pleasantries right? But please... keep trying to convince everyone how "smart" and "politically savvy" you are.

CNN told him a gag order meant he had an actual gag in his mouth so they were texting to get around it.

He was talking to a person that has a big public platform, one who was feeding him information from the president that he should 'stay strong' and everything would be ok, not his lawyers. I wonder if Hannity would have done like Manafort who is now in prison instead of getting a pardon.
BTW why did the #2 guy at the Justice Department get involved in keeping Manafort in his current facility rather than being transferred to Rikers like the NY prosecutors wanted to do? By all accounts that was very unusual move from the Justice Department.

Did they talk about the case? If not they didn't violate the gag order. You get that right?

You're about as unbiased as Fox News...

I don't suppose I know if they did or not. I haven't read all of the emails the judge released. Maybe you can look them up for me and let me know.

But you are talking like you have. If they had violated the gag order, they would both be in trouble.......they aren't protected like Dems are.

Maybe you shouldn't make claims unless you know for sure they're accurate...you're worse than CNN.
