Macon just beat Chillicothe last night. I agree that Helias should be ranked. This early there is a small sample size. My guess is a some people just look at the records because Maryville does not need to be ranked. Maryville stay ranked after going .500 with a below average schedule. Benton Vashon and Helias drop out with the schedule they have is laughable I agree.Class 4 is interesting. Macon lost to Boonville. Saint James and Helias both are top ten teams. Mexico being ranked is a little bit of a reach IMO
Southern Boone and Helias have played two of the toughest early season schedules. Helias has beat Steelville Saint James, Blair Oaks and Fatima. All are nice wins over good programs. Southern Boones wins over Helias, Rolla and Boonville are equally impressive. Helias not being in the top ten is laughable.
Hallsville should be getting votes as well
Yeah. Miller will drop down. They will likely have several more losses the next few weeks. Republic, Strafford and WG tournament coming up.Looks about right, Blue Eye will move up in the next poll after beating Miller this week
Chillicothe beat Macon the score is wrong on Macon MSHSAA page I believe but correct on ChillicotheMacon just beat Chillicothe last night. I agree that Helias should be ranked. Well not the first time I have seen that.Chillicothe beat Macon the score is wrong on Macon MSHSAA page I believe but correct on Chillicothe
St. James not being ranked is also laughable. My guess is that both Helias and St. James will be included in the next poll release. St. James just beat Helias in the Sullivan Tournament last night 39-30.Class 4 is interesting. Macon lost to Boonville. Saint James and Helias both are top ten teams.
