The argument is invalid when 41 points are scored along with those 535 yards. It wasn't the offense that failed over the course of the game; it was their defense, the one that gave up 42 points, but you already knew that, Bill Dance.

I would argue that running ball so well is the only reason that defense was even able to compete last night(if you call it that?). If GT is forced to throw early, that game gets out of hand.
