This is a true statement. And really, from a Constitutional perspective, all the voters votes don't mean diddly squat; state laws say they do, of course, but the Constitution only says that state legislatures may choose how they apportion their electors (and states have chosen to apportion them according to the total popular vote in their state, minus Maine and Nebraska).

I will say that while the president's lawyers are publicly calling fraud to anyone who will listen and isn't too finicky about "facts," their legal filings aren't alleging any fraud. The reason for this is that the lawyers know they will be sanctioned or even prosecuted themselves for lying in court. You don't have to take my word for it, and you shouldn't; it is a matter of public record.

I don't care that he doesn't want to work with Biden, just let him have the briefings. Whether Biden wins or loses he should still have the briefings until it is decided.
The 911 commission shows the need for them to share the briefings.
