Again, if she hadn't likely been on her phone and paying attention to both her kid and her gun this wouldn't even be a story. I'm not required to have sympathy for irresponsible parents or irresponsible gun owners.
It wasn’t an accident anyway. The gun was pointed at a person and the trigger pulled.
I think guns are the only thing on that list specifically protected in our Constitution

Is suggesting that a pregnant woman doesn't bungee jump, drink alcohol, skydive, or take drugs, an 'attempt to control her body'?
Or could it simply be that we realise there is clearly another life at stake?
I guess you hear a different account of what happened than I did. What I heard is the gun was NOT hers, the kid saw it in another person's possessions and thought it was a toy and picked it up and pulled the trigger.
So you're saying the little kid knew it was a real gun and intentionally shot his mother?
do you know ANYONE that can pay complete attention to kid at ballgame, or anywhere else? AGAIN does he really think that little kid shot his mother on purpose?
