Blindside, or anyone else that follows the Frisco League Tournament, what’s your opinion of it? Anything that’s surprised you? I was a little surprised that Crocker could hang with Licking. Although Licking certainly doesn’t have their big guns from years past, they are still pretty darn good.
Crocker is a very well coached group of girls. And coach Mueller always seems to get the best out of what he’s got. And the fact that Kelsey Todd left Plato and ended up at Crocker this year. Well that’s just gonna make Crocker that much better.
I was also a little surprised by the Newburg & Richland game. It’s obvious that Newburg has a better team this year than they’ve had for the past several years. But I didn’t anticipate a run away with Richland. Their only loss was Katelin Cole, which was a substantial loss for them, but they still have Miranda Miss and the rest of the team from last year’s quarter final team.
It will be Crocker/Richland playing for 3rd place Saturday and Licking/Newburg for championship. Should be a couple of good games.
