Then the EU goes nuts when Trump talks about a 3% tax on all Wine imports from France into the US.

What do they expect the US should do. Just ban all imports of wine from France, we make the stuff all over Missouri

There was a day not so long ago when Dems favored protecting American products and companies. Then again, this is Trump so, it must be bad. I don't and never have favored tariffs but, if this is about China stealing intellectual property i'll support it as long as we see it through. The rest of the world appears to be using this as an opportunity to strike while the environment allows it.

China is hurting far more than we are. I think the WTO would say China is stealing and not doing anything about it is LETTING them do it. No one has told farmers they CAN'T sell to China.
