Football in the Spring

That would not be a problem because they are swapping the sports. So Boys golf would be in the fall and girls in the Spring. The same coach could coach both still.

Do you keep the seasons permanently switched? If not when you want to reset you’ll have Spring Football and turn around with Fall Football
I mentioned this, on here, not long ago. The thoughts, I had heard, then, were to play the sports with less contact in the fall. But, it would all switch back to "normal" next year.

I could see the switch of sports seasons happening but I would think it would have to happen fairly soon if for no other reason than hiring baseball/softball officials for the fall. As a spring sport coach, it would not bother me at all not dealing with the snow and spring rains. And baseball, softball, track & field and golf certainly have less contact than football. The sports most effected by covid would be football, wrestling and basketball...
That is what I have also heard through a contact in COMO. It is not even being considered.
I'm sure most ADs would be fine with doing it, but it up to state to make decision and that time is basically up because we are a little over a month away from school starting.
