That’s not an accident, the man shot and killed an idiot on purpose. An accident is when a gun is on a table and discharges and kills someone without anyone touching it.

Something doesn’t smell right,,,,so his son in law knocked on the door to surprise him in the early evening ,,,,then runs away and comes back in the middle of the night to surprise the old man again ?? Like Paul Harvey used to say I need to hear “The Rest Of The Story”
