What would be a good game to see tonight in south central or southwest part of the state?

Looking at the MSHSAA scoreboard it looks like the best bets are Blue Eye at Strafford or Willow Springs at West Plains. I don't know enough about class 1 teams to really say for those teams.

From Southwest Missouri Basketball Facebook page. LOTS of good games...

"It's a big Monday night of high school basketball, lots of good games, mostly on the girls side!

Branson is at Central - A Class 5 matchup with Syracuse-bound Priscilla Williams of Branson against Makaiya Brooks and an improving young Central squad

Class 2 Blue Eye is at Class 3 Strafford - Two of the top teams in the area in their respective classes. The "streak" is still alive for Strafford, lets see if they can extend that win streak to 116 games. Should be a fun game to watch.

Glendale, who beat Catholic by 10 in their opening game this past Friday, is at Willard in another Class 5 matchup.

Class 2 Crane is at Class 2 Ash Grove. Crane has a lot of young talent, while Ash Grove returns just about everyone and finished last season strong, they are a candidate to be one of the most improved teams in this area on the girls side

Miller is at Billings in another good Class 2 matchup. Miller has a strong group of sophomores and freshmen while Billups has a good group of older girls who play well together.

Class 4 Reed Springs is at Class 2 Sparta. Sparta is another team similar to Miller, a strong crop of sophomores and freshmen that should be fun to watch.

And finally, Class 2 Spokane is at home against Class 4 Monett. Spokane is another team that should be improved this season, having already beaten Verona by 40+ points"

Central beat Branson 60-41. Priscilla Williams did not play for Branson

Strafford beat Blue Eye 54-46. It was a winnable game for Blue Eye but Strafford is still getting some home cooking, Blue Eye's best player was in foul trouble much of the game. If not for that then Blue Eye might have won

Ash Grove beat Crane 67-56

Willard beat Glendale by about 25

Seneca edged Neosho 50-48

Miller 67, Billings 36

Spokane 56, Monett 38
