2. "Linked" to "POTENTIAL brain damage" is a lot different than "definitely causes brain damage".

If Trump wants to be a dick and please some donors by drilling on federal land, that is one thing. But to take a risk with children when the regulation isn’t bankrupting anyone or even hurting the economy just doesn’t make sense.
