Favorite Food Truck

Haven't started a thread in ages, but the topic of food trucks came up in the online ticket thread. Do you have a favorite one, or one that needs promoted? One I really like is Churros Colima... a Mexican food truck that goes between SEK and SWMO. It has the best churros I've ever tasted, with almost a SDC funnel cake feel with of course the cinnamon and sugar. The birria pizza is phenomenal and would be a fantastic football food. One can feed a small family with such a pizza and a bag of churros.

The best are always the ones that offer something you can't get in town already. In the KC area I'm looking for Italian Beef, Detroit Coneys, found a Tim Horton truck once that was selling Beaver Tails. Just gotta keep your eyes open and head on a swivel.
