It's a world wide market.Worldwide countries have shut down coal fired plants in favor of "cheap" natural gas. Problem is its not cheap these days and is going to just keep getting more expensive.
Biden is digging his own grave
No bruh, don't ya know, it's all Trumps fault! Build Back Better!
Duh, not the smartest move shutting down coal fired power plants when there is nothing to replace them with. People may freeze to death this winter because they cant afford to heat there home but they will be breathing clean air right up to the endIt's a world wide market.
Like 'our' oil doesn't stay here. Its shipped out to the highest bidder.
That's pretty hyperbolic....plenty of energy assistance programs both Gov. and Private to keep that from happening.Duh, not the smartest move shutting down coal fired power plants when there is nothing to replace them with. Coal is NOT cheap energy. That's pretty hyperbolic....plenty of energy assistance programs both Gov. and Private to keep that from happening.
But I agree scuttling cheap and plentiful energy is a poor plan.
Not long ago, coal was the cheapest form of energy. Now, solar and wind plants are half the cost of new coal plants. Cheap renewable energy and low-priced batteries are anticipated to lead to wind and solar producing 50 percent of the world’s electricity generation by 2050. This is a known fact by I thought everyone.Sure we have almost 450 years worth of recoverable coal.......Why do you think it's not cheap? It is the Least expensive source for its energy output this is a known fact by I thought everyone.
