Actually he didn't say he apologized for what he said. He said he was sorry people were offended by what he said. There is a difference.
I don't do twitter, but I thought there (or their as a lot of people say) was a limit to the number of characters you can type on it.
Looks like he typed it out on his notes app and took a picture and posted the picture...
Sounds like a desperate player trying to save a Heisman vote. I remember seeing him throw a temper tantrum the entire second half when he was getting beat by Rogersville at the dome. Acted like a complete baby!
I'll be honest, I didn't see it in the game against LR (and I've watched that game a few dozen times since I have it on DVD), but I DID get myself into serious trouble on these boards for pointing out my observations of this same kind of attitude out him the last few games of his SENIOR year (in which he lost to Maryville and got held in check by Monett in the semis).

While I agree he has some attitude issues I was at the JBS v Monett game a couple of years ago and Monett did NOT keep him in check. He ran all over them, he was and still is a stud on the football field
How do you figure? It was only 7-0 JB with eight minutes left in the fourth before Monett finally ran out of gas...
