DQ in the 100

Someone want to explain the ruling on the DQ at the Sectional meet at Richmond?

I heard it was for making a number 1 gesture crossing the finish line. Don't quote me. I wasn't there but that's what I heard.

Was there another starter at the finish line to make that call?

I don't know anymore than that. I called somebody there to get some results and they told me a kid had been dq'd for something. They thought holding up an index finger while crossing the line.

In the results it says DQ because of "unsportsman like conduct."
