People are gonna go wild when they see the two guys he's bringing in as coordinators.

Four state championships in Class 6 and he couldn't even recruit before...well.
I’ve heard from several folks his assistant coaches may shock a ton of people.
I haven't heard names for assistants, but keep in mind that Dustin Delaney's wife is currently teaching at Rockhurst.....

I don't know man, seems like he was a pretty significant part of those ridiculously good Hutchinson teams. And he did take an inferior Shawnee Mission East program to the top in KS.
And he was on the short list of candidates for the head coaching position at Rockhurst. So he must have something going for him...
Very true. People are speculating that there will be "shock" with who joins Donohoe on the Rockhurst staff. I'm just throwing Delaney's name out there as a potential candidate. I'm sure you guys know more than I do in this instance.
The names being thrown around are Kruse from Ray Pec and Oder from BSS. I'm not sure why anyone will be shocked, but it will be a loaded staff with a lot of experience and wins.
He has purchased 10 acres along with the Times best seller "How to get rich raising Alpacas" written by Rawmeat. He was also able to purchase Slippery Pete's offspring Dizzy Dave.
I believe I would keep this guy as far from my district and program as possible. I know several coaches in smaller districts who not only coach but clean the weight room (usually with a lot of help from the team), take care of practice and game fields, watched one coach repair a toilet while the team was dressing for practice. If you care that much you don't walk out on them, roll up your sleeves and get things done. Bitching and moaning to administration is not getting things done.
Fred Bouchard left too. I think it may be a little deeper than we know. I am happy that Kelly D has beaten cancer, retired from MO. Then gets to pick a new staff doing what he obviously loves. Go Rock.
He likely won't be involved in the decision if it's finalized that he'll be going to Rock. It'll probably be a team of head coaches in the building, returning assistants, and a building administrator.
Keep an eye out for Ryan Shartz, currently AD at Fort Osage, for the BS opening.
He is a Ray-Pec grad so it would be interesting if he would be offered the AD job at R-P and the HC position if he isn't interested in the Blue Springs opening
This was never brought up, but do you think the potential of Blue Springs adding a new high school in the next few years, and watering down some of his talent contributed to his decision to move on to Rockhurst?
Believe he got the Ray Pec job. Pretty sure he is an alum. Might just be AD job from what I hear, not coaching.
