I am pretty sure the winner of that district gets Willard so it doesn't get better.

West Plains has HCA so I will give them the slight edge to win this district. But any one of the top 3 teams could win it, and even Marshfield has been coming on strong lately

Well when you click on the game times on the linked MSHSAA site, it says Rolla is home for their first game vs either Camdenton or Marshfield, WP is home vs Helias, but clicking on the final game on the link says it is to be played at WP

I hope everybody has a bus warmed up so they can go somewhere if they need to since it seems to be too hard to figure if you're traveling or not. This crazy stuff for districts could get pretty weird.

The championship game will be held at the Civic Center in West Plains, where as the semi finals will be at Rolla and at West Plains High schools.

Why does the 1 seed not get the championship game at home?

Districts had the option to have the championship at a predetermined site the schools decided before districts were seeded. One reason might be that it would increase the chances of the district winner to host a sectional or quarterfinal game. Or not in this case but in other places with seating restrictions to allow for more fans to attend the game.
