Diamond Job

Is this a good job? Can you win at Diamond?

I feel you can win at any school, some jobs are just going to be tougher to win or start winning at. Diamond is 27-83 since 2004, going 0-10 in 2007 and 4-6 the last four seasons. That will be a tough climb for any coach. So to answer your question, this wouldn't be an ideal job but you can win at Diamond, it is just going to take some time. I highly recommend that Diamond hire Coach Nickerson formerly of Cal Poly, and Ampipe High school.....
