I watch this guy on occasion he teamed up with the NYTimes Opinion to actually shed some light on the speak with forked tongue Dem's.

I have zero issue with taxing the Rich more, but in reality it will never happen it's just lip service from the Left....At Least Pub's are upfront about it and don't even broach that subject.

And I fully support everyone's Right to live in a Neighborhood where single dwelling residences are zoned without the influx of cheap Apt's, low income housing etc. You don't work hard to achieve a nice peaceful home and then want issues brought in for some social justice bs. The theory is misguided moving people into more affluent neighborhoods won't rub off and change the broken culture of those who have destroyed their neighborhoods already. It will just cause those people to flee and take flight away from that element.

Instead the focus should be about fixing the culture and changing the neighborhoods that the social economically depressed live in. First and Foremost Jobs are needed and a safe environment for those who live in those regions is a must.

Oh and I about died laughing when I watched the part about the School districting in Chicago......I get it I want my Property tax money to go to my children. As a Conservative who works hard and earns his money I have zero interest in spreading my wealth around to other poorer school districts to fund the short comings of the parents in those districts. If they cared about their kids they'd work 2 or 3 minimum wage jobs to make up the difference. But it's great to see that deep down inside the Dem's are just posers who do even worse they rig the school districts to make sure their kids get the really nice education.

No problem...But actually you should be thanking those true Dem's....they are starting to see the hypocrisy and reaching out to expose it. And they are the ones doing the leg work..I just linked it.

Now with that said.....I'm not a hypocrite I try to be straight up. Most of the stuff they want to fix IMO can't be fixed with policy and regulations. Why ....because of human nature. All these Dem's/Leftist/Progressives lie to themselves and say they want to affordable housing, good schools for everyone, more taxes on the wealthy etc. But at the end of the day they Choose them and theirs first and foremost. At least Pub's and conservatives are honest they are not that concerned about it other than the waste and the policies don't work, we believe the only true way to overcome and achieve success is through strife, hardship, strong core values taught at home and a strong work ethic.

I make Zero bones about it....I have a huge disdain for most Welfare and Social Programs. They are counter productive and indenture generations of people to the government tit to survive. Destroying peoples self worth and Self esteem. I worked in that field handing out Income Maintenance and at the end of the day most of mine and others clients had no drive to better themselves or leave the Roles. They just wanted and felt entitled to more free stuff.

Whether its a Rural Trailer park or Tar paper house or a Inner city project ghetto the culture is broken in those places.....Handing out benefits doesn't fix the issues it just gives people more free time to engage in a unproductive lifestyle.

Do I want the problems to be fixed? Yes....but clearly 50 years of the LBJ welfare state should be proof enough these policy's doesn't work. To me it's clear if the Dem side really cared so much for the disadvantaged with that much data they might try a different approach?
