Don’t get this one at all. Have to get rid of bad cops quicker, need to pay them more (how to fund that? Raise taxes. Good luck finding a politician to run saying they want to raise taxes). Lack of respect for each other, authority, etc is the root of the problem.

Is this what they really think? “911 what’s your emergency? Someone is breaking into my home! We will send a social worker over right away to talk to them! Oh wait, they work 9-5. Will send em over in the morning”.
