They don't care two shakes about the people.
They approved it 84-14. A procedural error caused them to change one sentence in the bill and in a revote they voted it down. All of their excuses are lies. I believe the VFW.

Let’s review: after Republicans endlessly claimed that they voted against the PACT Act because it had “gimmicks” and “slush funds,” the vast majority of them just changed course and voted for the exact same bill they voted against last week. Almost like they were lying.
