“Every year school-age wrestlers seek to improve their
abilities and give themselves an advantage over other
wrestlers by attending an intensive training camp, and I
think this will prove to be one of the best,” said former
Upper Iowa wrestler Steve Farrell. Farrell, the newly
appointed varsity wrestling coach at Northeast High School
in Goose Lake and sponsor of “DC Elite Wrestling Camp”
continued, “We’re bringing in some of the finest coaches
in the state and considering Iowa’s national prominence in
wrestling on every level that’s saying something.”

The camp will take place over the course of three days
at Northeast High School on July 28-30, and will feature Coe
College wrestling coach Dustin Coufal, Simpson College
wrestling coach Clint Manny, three time All-American,
University of Northern Iowa wrestler Cruse Aarhus, and Coe three time All-American, Nation Champton Tyler Burke.

Open to all K-12 wrestlers the cost to participate is
$50. For a downloadable camp entry form log onto
