High Altitude Wrestling Camp, August 1-3 at Southeast Polk High School (Runnells, Iowa)
This camp features: Dan Gable, Mark Ironside and Chad Tunink.
August 1st: Mark Ironside
High Crotch Series and Front Headlock Series (Session 1)
Sit Back Series (Session 2)
August 2nd: Dan Gable
Creating Angles for Takedowns (Session 1)
Bar Arms (Session 2)
August 3rd: Chad Tunink
Tilts (Session 1)
Stand ups (Session 2)
Sessions will go from:
8:30am-10:30am (Session 1)
10:30-11:00: Break
11:00-1:00 (Session 2)
*The last 20-30 minutes of Session 2 each day will be LIVE wrestling!
Grades: 1-12
Cost: $150
Must be pre-registered by July 19th to be guaranteed a free camp t shirt! Walk in are welcome (but can't guarantee a shirt!)
