Have heard many athletes at this level that play for good programs that contend are sitting year out with no possibility of post season berth. So teams may look young.

Would also suspect this “pandemic” will close a lot of small/private schools at D3 level. Many already had to pay back room and board from end of last year. Hard to survive.
