Sloppy second quarter for West Plains. Led 14-0 at the end of 1.

Had a starter tossed in the 2nd Quarter for an unnecessary roughness on the Bolivar QB after he threw the pass?

Between the two teams, the refs handed out at least a total of 100 yards in penalties in the 2nd Quarter alone. Maybe closer to 125-130 yds. They even gave Bolivar a sideline penalty w/o giving the usual warning before actually taking away yards.
