No my guess is numbers will be higher when all is said and done, but right now people have motives to under report and over report.

What is the motive to over report? No one wants to keep businesses shut down. This is the “both sides” BS once again.

That’s certainly possible.
Medicare has determined that a hospital gets paid $13,000 if a COVID-19 patient on Medicare is admitted and $39,000 if the patient goes on a ventilator. I don’t know
what a non-covid patient will get them. But it sounds like covid gets more.

However, there isn’t evidence that there has been inflated numbers.
