Danny Morrison Readies For New Role At Warsaw
The Warsaw R-IX School District is pleased to announce the hiring of Mr. Danny Morrison for the 2017-18 School Year.
Mr. Morrison will serve as the Warsaw High School as Assistant Principal as well as Defensive Coordinator for the Wildcat Football program.
Danny and his wife Stacy have been married for 13 years and have four children Kyle, Isabella, Alivia and Madelyn. Both Danny and Stacy are former graduates of Warsaw High School.
Danny comes to Warsaw from the Lincoln R-II School District where he led the Cardinal Football program for the past 12 seasons. During Coach Morrison’s tenure, the Cardinals have won back to back Kaysinger Conference Championships. A District 4 Title as well as a Final Four Appearance in 2016. Coach Morrison has received the Class 1A “Coach of the Year” Honors for the past two seasons. Coach Morrison will be joining a Wildcat Staff headed by Coach Ryan Boyer who returns to his Alma Mater after several successful seasons at the helm of the 5A Sedalia Smith Cotton Tiger Football Program.
“My family and I are excited to be back in the Warsaw School District. I look forward to working with the students and helping them achieve success through academics and extra-curricular activities in the upcoming years”, said Morrison.
