The first to dismiss all charges against Trump (as was done for Clinton which failed)
Then a second vote to find him innocent of all charges
These votes would only require a 51 vote majority
Apparently the failure of the House to bring any articles in regard to actual “high crimes or misdemeanors, treason or bribery” as defined in the constitution, as well as the damning IG testimony yesterday concerning the FBI’s political investigation into the Trump campaign has Mitch leaning toward having a vote to dismiss all charges due to lack of evidence and then a second vote to clear Trumps good name
