BLUE SPRINGS will be deadly................off the pace KC metro longshot is LIBERTY NORTH.

DeSmet moves up, possibly to the top.

With the exception of Lutheran North, Lee’s Summit North arguably has the state’s best incoming recruiting class. I would move them way up as well.
Class 6 is extremely loaded this year: Another team to watch big time is ROCK BRIDGE.

The last three years, six of the top ten in Class 6 are from Kanas City. So start there. Rock, Blue Springs, Park Hill, LSW, LSN, and either Liberty or LN for six spots. CBC of course. Then three randoms.

Desmet vs CBC will be on ESPN2 this year on Sept 20th. All of the hype coming from the city is Desmet but I understand at this time all we have is last years scores. Cant wait for the season to start next week.

Stale LEE or KARKNEE wouldn't be on ESPN2.

Hey Top...How will LSW be this year?
Probably a bit down from last year but still competitive I think but MAN the Suburban Gold is stacked! They will face a very stern opening test at Park Hill who brings almost all their defense back.

LSN has been hitting the recruiting trail hard for awhile but this may be their best class yet.

I’m sorry this isn’t true, according to professional posters on this board only St Louis private schools recruit

how many starters did CBC graduate?

3 year starter & Class 6 POY QB, 2k rusher 40 TD RB, both of their TEs who may start at Mizzou and Mo State this year, entire DL, Top WR.

like you notice no National schedule this year. It may not last long but this is the ONE window for Desmet to beat them lol
This is why I thought there’s a chance. But some love to base this season on last year. Won’t name names. And point out the margin of victory last season. I hope Desmet can pull it off!

every year is a new year of course. But in HS, like you told me the other day, good coaches and good systems find a way to compete every year regardless of turnover. This board is really for arguments sake 90% of the time lol

Anyone to watch out for on Desmet this year?
