Depends on what Raytown and Eureka do. If anyone but Eureka wins district 2, Jackson would host. If Eureka wins 2 and Fort O wins 7, Jackson would host. If anyone besides Fort O wins 7, and Eureka wins 2, Staley would host.

Basically, Jackson should cheer against Eureka and for Fort O.

I believe the rules state that the top seed hosts all games in its district. After that, the quarterfinal round and following games are hosted by the team which has hosted fewer games. If the two opponents have hosted the same number, the team in the odd numbered district hosts. Let that be your guide.

Therefore, if Staley and Ft. O meet, it will be played at Ft. O. (Actually, it is impossible for Staley to host the quarterfinal game.) After that, if Jackson wins over Eureka the semifinal will be played at Staley or Ft. O would go to Jackson. If Eureka beats Jackson... someone else needs to take it from here.
