Carthage playing pretty basic but sound football. SC has been called for quite a few penalties to carthages 0 and a SC bad snap got them a 4th and 33.

I thought Carthage played pretty good. No penalties or turnovers. However smith cotton was one of the least disciplined teams I’ve seen. I bet they had over 100 yards in penalties. Had some good athletes and made some good plays but would always follow it up with a personal foul or holding or something.

Yep. Every game every season.
You clearly don't read most of my posts because I'm more of a homer than most on here but sometimes I do post things for (hopefully) motivational purposes.
Carthage squeaked by Neosho but RS dominated them. I don't see the issue with my prediction but I hope I'm wrong.

Well maybe we can all at least agree that Carthage played their cleanest game of the year and first time the jv got to finish it out this season. Sure some of that can be credited to the weakest opponent they have faced all year but still none of the self inflicted wounds that were prevalent early on was good to see.

Who knows what will happen next week but I like their chances and it’s crummy that an unrelated team with a kid playing too many quarters caused carthage to have to ride 2 hours away instead of hosting this and potentially the next game.
