So if Carthage wins tonight the way I see it both Grain Valley or PC would come to Carthage.

If Webb should win Grain Valley would come to Webb, but Webb would go to PC?

Grain should be traveling next week, yes.

Correct. Carthage has less games hosted than the other 2. Webb would host GV due to top half, but travel to PC due to PC not hosting last round.
