Then why didn't they win it last year? Aren't all major contributors on both teams back this year?

I'm skeptical of their ability to make a 4 quarter game of it. I guess we'll see.

Both schools are private. Both teams are a year older. I've seen both teams play. Barstow and Tolton were good last year. This year, Barstow is DAMN good. I'm not sure how they got so much better but they did. I don't see Tolton being able to keep up. If the game comes down to coaching, which it probably will, I see Barstow as a 10 point favorite.

I was just giving one possible reason to the person that ask why Tolton didn't win it last year. Age may have had nothing to do with it, I've never seen either team play. They probably just ran into a better team.
