Tipton is a great team. They shoot the ball well but can drive just as good…hard to guard! They scouted JC well and knew who to leave open.
Leblond 39 Tipton 35. Watched game...Leblond very well coached and prepared. Made game their tempo.
Tipton may have had a little mental fatigue going on. Their schedule has been pretty demanding up to that game.
Agreed....they have been on in every big game so far. Don't wanna take anything away from Leblond, they did play an outstanding game, but I think if they play again it could be different ballgame.
I'm just glad they don't play Adrian or any of the powerhouse teams from the WEMO. Miller's 3 starting freshman would never be able to hold up.

Who woulda thought a private school being forced to compete in the classification that matches their talent pool would fail to get out of districts for 3 years in a row.
It’s a pick your poison on these classes. Everyone blames the private schools. But the result is the same…Last year Tipton girls were Class 3, Private schools move around and they get moved to Class 2 this year. Will probably be very competitive in Class 2 for a State Championship.

Its as much about the current team and others as it is moving down. Had Tipton been Class 2 last year, its doubtful they would have won it.
Don't know if you can say that....as they beat the state champion Wellington. Not saying they would have won it, but i would say they had a more than fair chance if in Class 2.
Wellington got hot at the end of the year. They played so well in the final four. I doubt any other class 2 team would of beat them that weekend.
yes, and Blue Eye beat Tipton, head to head and only finished 3rd in Class 2. ( they also beat Class 3 #3 Strafford on the Indians home court.)
