Valle Catholic wins the District Championship with a hard-fought 3 set victory over Lesterville!! (25-15, 19-25, 27-25) The girls never quit! Congratulations, Lady Warriors!!

Lesterville had it going their way from set 2 to 22-17 in the 3rd forcing Valle to call timeout, and then fell flat on their face as Valle scored the next 4. Saw Valle play Farmington the week before during their conference tournament and they must have found some fight somewhere that they did not have in the finals vs Farmington.

Looks like Valle has the attention of everyone now that votes in the state polls.

Bernie then Leopold probably is up next. Things appear to get easier the next 2 rounds. Think you can pencil Valle into the final 4.
