7:00 pm tonight is the much anticipated re-match featuring Trinity Catholic at Luthern North

This game tonight will feature more D-I talent than any other game in the state.

“I've had four SEC coaches tell me Trinity has the most talent of any team in the country,” Coach Carl Reed said. “Isaiah Williams could arguably be the No. 1 player in the country in the class of 2019.”

They better hope they win tonight then :D

FWIW...I am a huge Coach Bailey fan and have seen how good Lamar is up close and personal when they whipped Valle.

Best tackling and blocking team I have seen in years...their down field blocking is incredible...and their weight program second to none.

The Class 2 Championship will go through Lamar, MO this year just like it has for the past six.

The clash tonight at Lutheran North will still be fun to watch and will very likely feature more D-I scholarship players than any other game in the state.

This coach should be fired then if he loses a game. "The most talent of any team in the country"??? If true they'd better win Missouri Class 2 this year.

You win with class, you lose with class. Last year Trinity had not learned that. Some players had, but most of the program hadn't. Heads should be held high, no matter what. You are fortunate to make it this far and there are a lot of boys that wished they were still playing!

This game intrigues me. I'm curious which hype-man is a better football coach.

Now 33-25 at 5:07 in 3rd... and how did Lutheran North lose two points? I have no idea... I'm just reporting scores from a friend who is at the game according to his post on powermizzou

Power punchers always have a chance. They came back and made it interesting with big plays against Lamar last year.

good game but I still think not a challenge for Lamar. A running team will have tough sledding against that salty Lamar defense

Their senior class last year wasn’t the “star-studded” class; it was their sophomore (now Junior) class...

...can’t remember the name of Trinity’s #55 last year, but he would surely be the only one (if even him).

Pretty sure they had a lineman that ended up at Illinois. I think he was about the only highly touted senior, all the rest of their big names were young

Trinity 16-
Boyd went to Illinois, starts as Fr LT
WR went to FCS South Dakota
DT transfer from Jennings went to top JUCO
LB transfer from Riverview to FCS Mo State

Lutheran North 17
DE transfer from U city going to Oklahoma
RB transfer from HZ West has D1 offers
QB transfer from Vashon has D1 offers
