You seem to be the only sensible one I have found on this board. You are right. They should defund that police department because they do a piss poor job of protecting and serving Chicago residents. Like a lot of the power hungry, hate filled law enforcers. Well said.

Cops backing off from pro-active policing because they're being told relentlessly by the stupid Democrat elites they're racist started with Obama.

The Minneapolis effect is much worse and the continuation of this will happen no matter who wins the election.
