Larry Burchett after 50 years of coaching has retired. Man that’s a lot of kids he had the pleasure of making better in life and as a person.

I remember growing up in 70s/80s Cass MW was always in the thick of things in small class. A lot of success. Congratulations to Coach B.

I think around 2012 they had a pretty good squad, put a beating on Adrian in 2018 as well.
Coach Burchett is a great example of a coach who evolved with the times with great success. A tremendous Wing T coach who eventually added some Spread elements to his offense. His teams were always hard nosed and extremely fundamental. To have the success and longevity at one school over decades is a tribute to the man. It will be hard to imagine the Vikings sideline without him.
