Why was there a 5 on 4 power play?

Waynesville only suited up 8 girls for the game. 1 fouled out, Hurd apparently got injured (I didn't see exactly what happened), a 2nd girl fouled out and then Davison got injured. Davison had to come out due to the stoppage in play and no one was available to sub in. Davison returned to the game about 30 seconds later.

Hurd getting hurt would explain the 16-4 4th quarter I assume.
