This game is why I don't think you can exclude teams from districts based on the current points system. Under normal circumstances CJ would have been the 5 and Lincoln probably the 3 but obviously CJ is much better.

Oh did that factor into CJ also? It cost Carthage home field for the semis and (if they win) home field for final as well. Goofy how an unrelated team in an entirely different classification can cause such widespread effects.

A little tongue in cheek humor here though - MSHSAA wound up getting this District right as seeds 2, 3 and 4 beat seeds 5, 6 and 7 by a combined 150-0 tonight.
