Cardinal Ritter 30 Helias 29 final

Can anyone in Class 5 stop Cardinal Ritter? I doubt it.
I did, actually. No knock on Helias at all. Ritter is this year's St. Mary's.
Blanked them in the 2nd half. I figured this would be a really good one.
If they already weren't, please place Helias in your Class 5 contenders list.
They had more players than years past. But the were tired at the end. Pretty sure that is why they went for two. Go for the jugular.
Helias Catholic vs. Webb City C5 semifinal would bring back lots of memories mostly good for the latter..............
So CRCP has played Helias 2 years in a row last year at Helias

Ritter looks like a they have a good group of kids. Very discipline football. Defense looked fast. Offense didnt do much but run with 3 and throw sideline routes but it worked. Doesnt help much thinking how they would do with webb due to webb pounding the middle all night. Helias ran mostly from shotgun and to the outside.
to play this all out i kind of looked at all districts i think the winners are as follows
1 Farmington
2 rockwood summit
3 CR
4 ? (no clue but prolly not an issue for CR anyways)
5 helias
6 Lebanon
7 WC
8 Grain Valley
with that said CR prolly meets Helias in semis and thats a heck of a game to remtach
not sure what happens out of 1 and 2 but another slug match will be WC and GV out of 7 and 8
If CR makes it through Helias in Semis then they will have a heck of a state championship game against 1 of the 4 from the other side of bracket I know GV defense can be iffy but there offense can pound the ball and throw the ball. WC never turns out a bad product and they look top tier again this year.
Flint may not think CR has any competition, but class 5 is full of it once we hit quarters.

yes, they do and I probably shouldn't be writing them off vs Helias or CR but maybe making me eat my words is just what they need.
It's standard this year. 1,2/3,4 5,6/7,8. If they meet again it will be in the final.
thank you because i could not find this anywhere and was going off last year and was thinking who came up with this madness lol. so yes CR will have to get through most likely farmington or rockwood summit and then play whatever team comes out of 5678 which has helias, wc,gv, and lebanon. what a gauntlet for 5678 though
District 6 I bet is a good one between Lebanon and Republic.
